Refund/Return Policy

RETURN

Due to the nature of our product being a consumable/food item, we are unable to accept returns at any given time.

This policy is even more applicable and therefore strictly implemented for customized food orders especially hand-drawn cake portraits, as we reiterate that we do not guarantee 100% exact likeness of the painted image with customer’s supplied photo as we expect that due diligence was exercised to assess our capability to fulfil your customised order hence we could not accommodate any return or refund request in this regard.

CANCELLATION

In case you wish to cancel your online order please contact us immediately at ketodelights@sweetlanecakes.com. Please ensure the following timelines in the event of cancellation of your order;

•  Regular Keto Delights merchandise – you may cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled pick up/delivery.

• Customised Keto Delights order – you may cancel up to 7 days before scheduled pick up/delivery.

Please bear in mind we will always try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee a successful cancellation once this period has elapsed.

Keto Delights reserves the right to cancel and refund customer’s payment in the event of the latter’s insistence to modify and make changes to the order not previously agreed upon when the order was initiated.

 REFUNDS

Refunds are not accepted for all completed customized orders without exception.
