Are your products suitable for ketogenic diet?
Yes! Our keto baked goods are not only surprisingly delicious, but they are also sugar-free, gluten-free, and packed with the perfect macronutrient profile which makes them compatible with most low carb or keto diet. We take great pride in what goes into our food: no hidden sugars, or unhealthy saturated trans fats and no artificial ingredients. We use ingredients you can feel good about and recipes based on the keto macros pyramid to ensure an optimal metabolic response for those on a weight loss and maintenance journey.
Are your products suitable for diabetics?
Yes, our products are low on the glycemic index (GI) which makes them suitable for people with diabetes.
What is your sweetener made of?
Our sweetener is a special blend of Pure Monkfruit and Erythritol. These sweeteners are zero glycemic index, meaning that they have zero effect on your blood sugar.
Can I consume your products even if I am not on keto diet?
Yes, you can, and we encourage you to do so! Diets consisting of food with a low GI and gluten free, are beneficial for everyone, not just for people on the keto diet or diabetics.
How long will your baked goods stay fresh?
As our products are free of preservatives and freshly baked just a day prior the schedule of delivery, they are best consumed within the day of delivery. You can also keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and in the freezer for up to a month.
Can I freeze your baked goods?
Yes! If you plan to consume your treat at a later date, please freeze them to ensure prolonged freshness. Store them in a sealed container before freezing and they'll stay good for up to one month from purchase.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over the UAE. If you require your keto delights on a specific time, please message us and we will arrange a special delivery for you, however extra delivery fee applies. Check our delivery policy here
How do I pay for orders made online?
We accept Visa and MasterCard payment online in AED or you can pay by bank transfer.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we do have certain baked goods and treats that can be delivered on the same day. However, this service is only available for locations within Dubai. Please WhatsApp on +97150-3442737 to check the availability of flavors or call our shop in Town Center Jumeirah at +9714-3944774.
What if I have a special request?
You can add any special requests in the notes section and we will do our absolute best to ensure that your preferences are acted upon accordingly.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our product being a consumable/food item, we are not able to accept returns. However, please feel free to contact us in the event of any issues with your order.
Where are your baked goods made?
We bake our Keto Delights merchandise in a commercial kitchen that is solely for our brand's own use and fully licensed by the Dubai Municipality. We operate with a business license issued by the Dubai Economic Department. All our kitchen professionals are HACCP-certified, so you are guaranteed of our workforce and premises' hygiene, and ingredients' safety and freshness all the time.
